Milk donation question.

So I am donating frozen milk today, about 200 oz. It will take me about 15 minutes to get from my house to the hospital where I am taking it. I plan to put it all in a cooler do I need to put any ice in with it? Or will all the milk being together be enough for that short amount of time. The weather will be around 50/60 degrees

It should be fine without ice packs. I'd imagine in that short of time there won't be any melting, but even if there's a tiny bit it should still be fine. Storage guidelines for home use say that as long as there's still a little "slush" in the bag it's fine to refreeze.

I second PPs answer. I was also told as long as there's a bit of ice in it it can be refrozen. I drive my donation one hour away and it's fine. With DD I sent milk in a cooler w/o ice overnight two states away through fedex per the milk bank's guidelines and they said it was fine as long as there were at least 200 oz. in it. So, I wouldn't worry!
