First US tomorrow. Bundle of NERVES

Tomorrow I'll be 6w2d and having our first US. I was a combination of excited and nervous. The closer I have gotten to this date my only emotions are fear and nervous. I am terrified I wont see a heartbeat and we will have bad news again. It's not even the milestone I made it to last time but I'm scared this has just been a cruel joke. I know I'm being irrational but simply can't help it. Ts&Ps everything is so far so good please!

*****UPDATE

Whew! All was well! Heartbeat was strong and just flickering away! Tears of JOY! I'll have another one in 1 month so I can go through that torture all over again. For now though "TODAY I AM PREGNANT AND I LOVE MY BABY".

    I don't think it is an irrational fear when you have experienced a loss in the past. I am always scared to death about having u/s done. Unfortunately loss leaves us all a bit scared. HUGS!!! Sending you strength and T&Ps for a wonderful scan tomorrow.

    Glad to hear it went well!
    I would be crying too! :) Mine went ok. 6w0d by LMP and the gestational sac, yolk sac were measuring right on. Fetal pole starting. I go back in 2.5 weeks for another peek inside. Would have liked a heartbeat- but not my time yet. I agree- today I am pregnant and I love my baby.
