Anyone used the One Step Ahead Inflatable Portable Seat

We are traveling and the rental car place does not have carseats.  We would have to drive all the way back to the airport to pick-up the carseats from the other location.  Anyone ever used this seat?  Would you trust it?  Currently both our children are in convertible carseats (6 and 3 years old, they are tiny).  We would only be renting the car for 2 days.  Thoughts?
