Thrush... now???

I'm pretty sure DS has thrush. He's never had it before so I don't know what the deal is. I've made an appointment for later today, but has anyone experienced this at this age? He's not nursing anymore. Yellow tongue and stinky breath is what he has going on.

    We did! Dr says it's not thrush, though it looks similar. He said he injured his tongue (like a bite, but it's too far back). I have no idea when that could have happened. I'm home with him and he hasn't had anything happen to make me think it caused it. I'm hoping the dr really saw everything in there because ds was flipping out when he was looking in his mouth!! I'm glad I went in though because the advice nurse gave me the option to just perscribe the meds over the phone, which wouldn't have helped anything!!
