AF troubles after medicated cycles?

So we've been doing medicated cycles, & are currently on beak before IVF. This was our first cycle without meds & I'm wondering if that's the cause for AF go all crazy. I was always very regular & now the only sign of AF was some very light spotting. Almost 2 weeks late & testing= BFN. Just wondering if anybody else's body had trouble readjusting to a natural cycle?

No experience, just wanted to say I'm sorry and I hope things go smoothly so you're all on track for IVF in December! Perhaps go in for bloodwork and Provera if needed?
