Has anyone else experienced any type of bleeding but is still pregnant?

im having light bleeding and it makes me really nervous. I don't think it's a miscarriage cause I have had one before and it was nothing like this it was much worse.

I have had some bleeding, it was brown - old blood. I have a sch so the bleeding is expected. If you are worried call your dr.

Yes, I've heard lots of stories about this. The time to get really concerned is if you're filling up a pad. If you're still bleeding and concerned call your doctor. FX it's nothing!

I had a ton of red bleeding with my first pregnancy - five days of filling pads once an hour, and it was a successful pregnancy. I had a huge SCH that was larger than my daughter until after the anatomy scan

I do, sometimes red, sometimes brown. It's never much, but it's always scary

I was put on bed rest for a coupe of days a week and a half ago for light spotting. I was told not to get up except to go to the bathroom and zero lifting. It can be normal in pregnancy, as long as the bleeding doesn't get any worse. Hope you're feeling better!

I had red bleeding last week. It's only lasted about 18 hrs. Ultrasound looked great though. I was a nervous wreck but everything turned out fine. Try and relax. Hope you feel better soon!

From weeks 6-8, I bled bright red blood (enough to fill a LIGHT pad every 2-3 hours) and sometimes clots. All is going well, I'm 12 weeks today. Each time I passed a clot my heart sunk. But- all was fine. Hope all is well with you!

I have an sch as well and am on bedrest for a month. Let your dr know, for sure.

I've had brown spotting since week 6. My doctors have brought me in for four ultrasounds because of it. Every time, the baby looks fine with a perfect heartbeat and measuring right on track. I think it's because I SAH with my toddler and hoist his entire 30 pounds around a lot.

I bled a little today. Bright red.- not a lot, no cramping no clots.... Dr on call told me to get an ultra sound tomorrow.

I had bleeding at about 7 weeks. It was bright red and some clotting, some tiny some small. Went to my first ob appointment amd she did a vag ultrasound, and there my baby was, her little heart pumping away. Haven't bleed since. BUT I do notice that when I have a bm accompanied with cramping there is light light pink on the tp..

With my second, I had a fair amount of bleeding. I went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound that showed a heart beat. The bleeding stopped and I never found out what happened. It was bright red blood enough to fill two pads over two days. My son is now 3yrs old. Good luck

I have had some spotting on and off, nothing major just enough to notice when I wipe. I had an appt a week ago and was spotting that morning, so the dr checked and said it doesn't look like anything major but sched me for another ultrasound just to make sure. But she was super excited because we got to hear the heart beat, and she said it is rare to hear it at 10 weeks, so she's very confident nothing is wrong.

I had quite a bit it felt like I peed myself and it was all well but when I checked it was all blood it didn't have clots though but I assumed the worst.. Everything was fine I went to emergency and did tests and had a ultrasound and saw the beautiful little heart beat

I did. I had some spotting, mostly when wiping for about 4 days. Light brown, pink and then I had one moment of bright red and I totally freaked out as I too have had a MC.

Yes, I have had spotting/bleeding for the past 2 or 3 weeks.  Late last week it became heavy, dark red, with large clots.  I was certain it was the end.  I just got the results of my 2nd beta bloodwork (1st draw was Friday) and my numbers are going up.  They don't want to see me until my next appointment on 11/13.  Best of luck to you!

yup. told my husband on a Sunday night and woke up Monday morning with some light bleeding. my doctor tested my hormone levels over 2 days and those were good. She also sent me for an u/s the heart rate wasn't where it should of been (only 86 bpm) and she sent me for another one last week 165 bpm! and everything looks great now. I was told that the bleeding could be because there is more fluids and stuff going on down there that could cause it to happen.

Me too! Gush of red blood that soaked thru my undies late last night at 10w3d. Turned to brown spotting and is continuing. Was having some sharp pains too. Thought it was the end. Of course I was out of town at a hotel for work. Called doc on call and she said to monitor and go to bed and come in the next days. Went in today for er ultrasound this afternoon and there was baby, wiggling around and even looking like s/he was sucking her thumb! However, doctor found an SCH and put me on modified bed rest for two weeks (from when bleeding stops). So happy baby is fine. Just resting and hoping the SCH goes away on its own.

I had the same thing happen but with my first pregnancy being a missed miscarriage I went straight to the emergency room and was put on bed rest and saw my doctor two days later. He said if it's not enough to fill up a pad then it's completely normal in fact spotting lightly and brown discharge is very normal in the first trimester. Baby is perfectly fine. Defiantly call your doctor if you feel the need too so you're not stressed out.

During my pregnancy with DD, I had brown, pink and very heavy red bleeds. It felt like it was nonstop- 6 weeks, 8 &9 weeks, 14 weeks up until 28 weeks. I was on tenterhooks through my entire pregnancy. Then, I gave birth to a whopping healthy 10.6 pounder!

I've been spotting off and on since last Sat. We did IVF to get pregnant so i was released from my RE last week at 10 weeks and stopped my meds and they told me that spotting is normal and as long as it's brown without cramps or heavy bleeding that it's perfectly normal.

I had brown spotting that caused me to go into panic mode. Went to the doctor and everything was ok and even got to see the little one wiggling around with a strong heart. I've been put on pelvic rest, which means no sex until week 16 at least. I was cleared for exercise, but I think I'm going to cut back from my usual routine and try to take it easy these next couple of days. I'm 11 weeks and 5 days as of today.
