Please tell me I didn't screw it all up....

last month I had no issues with doing gonal f injection. Tonight was a nightmare.
I pinched the skin and injected needle but the plunger on the syringe would not move. So I pulled needle out wiggled plunger and stuck needle back in and nothing happened....... I then pushed hard, it hurt and burned and I started bleeding. Some liquid came out (not a lot). The bleeding quickly stopped and I fell on floor and cried my eyes out from the discomfort and the anxiety that I just screwed it all up......., please tell me that it is ok...
