Apple MacBook help!!

Any Apple genius out there I could use your help. I have a newer MacBook Pro less then a year and now for the second time it won't turn on. The first time the Genius Bar got it to start by removing tr battery. This time they could not. I unfortunately don't have a back up (I know I'm an idiot). So they gave me two companies to try and have them recover the data but they said it could cost like 800-1000. I can't afford that so was wondering if anyone has other ideas. Kinda upset all of little ones pics are on it

Yes under warranty so the repair itself is covered and I just bought the apple care which was 200 bucks but I really don't trust that it won't break again after the warranty is up. Data recovery is not covered. I am searching for places to recover the data that don't cost an arm and a leg. It is kinda bs how much it costs!! I have had my hp for almost 10 years and not one single problem ever....erg I hate that I bought into the apple hype right now
