Think I might have UTI??? anyone else have one while breastfeeding?

Ugh I'm so upset:( it hurts so bad when I have to pee so I'm thinking UTI..and reading online it says antibiotics which you can't take while nursing! I will call on Monday and set up an appointment but I'm freaking out at the thought of not being able to breastfeed DS anymore
