Re: {{{Team FUIF Fitness Check-in}}} Oct 17
Hi Ladies!! Hope all of you are doing well. @RunCC37 - I'm so excited for your next cycle! There will be much stalking. You can change my little blurb. I'm off pelvic rest and am eating better. Now my biggest problem is resisting junk food! That and having energy to work out and cook healthy foods. I'm waiting for the rumored second tri energy surge. :-/
@rainbowbridge14 - welcome to this awesome group and good luck with your goals!
@alpCRNA - no weight gain is a success!
@lemonliz - I always gain ~ five lbs before AF, so I agree you're doing great!

I'm trying to keep my mind off of the 1/2 and full marathon that is going on just a few miles away, I wish I was as in-shape as I was 2 years ago to just do the 1/2 for fun...
I'm doing pretty good over here with my goals - I started mostly walking and mixing in some running a few weeks ago, but now it's the other way around. I got to 5 miles the other night - I'm considering that a win Was hoping to get outside this morning for a run, but apparently I'm suddenly being attacked by sinus pressure and the weather sucks, so that's not happening today.
Good luck to everyone this week!
