Been MIA this week, sorry!

Hi everyone! I'm so sorry, I've been bad at keeping up, it is hard on mobile.  Quick update on what has been happening here.  Brooke was born quickly (less than nine hours from start to first cry).  We came home from the hospital on Wednesday and have been figuring it out since.  She is an angel all day but something happens to her at night and all she wants is to be held and/or on my boob.  It is exhausting but I know she will get days and nights figured out eventually.

Her big sister is so in love with her, it is pretty adorable how she is with the baby.  DH is also wrapped around her little finger.  Overall we are doing pretty good here with the exception of me living on less than 4 hours of sleep the last few days!

I hope you are all doing good!  I swear I will catch up with birth announcements soon!

I totally went through the same thing as far as the nighttime feedings/LO needing to be on me. After a few days though we were able to get him sleeping on his own, at first in the bouncer and then in the bassinet. So know there is light at the end of the tunnel!
