@krissykris89‌ - that just sucks that your employer is backing out of their agreement. That type of behavior just pisses me off big time. Whether you had a letter or not, it's about integrity!

I know I thankfully had a witness, but either way I won't be working there after my four paid weeks. My boss is treating me without any kind of respect.

My job, though often difficult, does at least come through with very good maternity leave. I will be taking 18 weeks of paid leave and 6 weeks of unpaid leave, so I'll have about 5.5 months off to be with the baby. I also work a flexible schedule, so I usually do not work Fridays.
