bloodwork tomorrow and I am dreading it .

Good evening all! I am going for bloodwork tomorrow morning and even tho I am trying to stay positive I am dreading it! A little background on me... I will be 15dpiui tomorrow and I have taken a dozen hpt (all BFN of course.) You know it's one thing to see a BFN but I am dreading the phone call that will make it real. I would love to hear any positive stories.. thanks!

    I know how you feel.  I actually haven't had to go in for a beta yet because my doctor agrees that it's a loooong drive (can be as much as 90 minutes each way) just for a blood test.  Obviously if I ever get a positive hpt, I'll go.  Until then.....

    But yes, hearing it confirmed over the phone does seem worse than just seeing the hpt, and was something I was dreading, too.  I guess logically they're not telling you anything you don't already know, and it's something they know how to handle as painlessly as possible for everyone--they do it every day.  I'd imagine the bulk of "the call" is actually about next steps.

    FX you get good news and none of this matters, of course.
