TBH if I heard these names I would automatically think a teen mom names the baby. maybe drop neveah .. Hadley is a lot better than Harley, but if I had to choose probably brooklyn

I know a girl named Denver, I think that's a slightly better name place.

The middle name sounds like it's from Avatar and just seems silly.

I think I live under a rock. I honestly have never heard of nevaeh/neveah but I also have never watched an episode of Teen Mom (or jersey shore or MTV since Carson Daley ran TRL)... So I guess my less pop culture-driven bias can say that it just sounds dumb because it sounds dumb...

I will disagree with a PP--I totally think Dakota is a cute girl's name. BUT, I know two people in northern Virginia who named their daughters Neveah, so I have to agree about it being so popular.
