Looks like my son's eczema. He has all sorts of food allergies. Have you been to a dermatologist or allergist? The derm had me using the Cerave body wash and cream (the one in the tub, not the lotion) and it really helps. If I'm really diligent with putting the cream on 2xs per day I can keep his eczema in check and avoid having to use the prescription creams or hydracortisone.
My son looks very similar, when I started using aveeno excema therapy body wash and lotion it did get better. He has awful excema! It's worth a shot if you have tried everything else
