I made "paella".  Its not really paella, but yellow rice, chicken, chorizo, green and yellow squash, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and green olives.

We had crockpot balsamic chicken thighs with corn and couscous seasoned with olive oil, garlic, parsley, and oregano. Yummy stuff right there!

Chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with an espresso balsamic drizzle. I made it up last minute as a screaming toddler clung to my leg because I wanted to make him dinner and not read him books. I had my doubts, but it was amazing.
