Did one of your twins drop to one nap before the other?

I think one of my twins is approaching transition to one nap, but the other isn't ready. Any tips?

    My smaller triplet wasn't ready when the other two were. What we did was slowly push the nap time back and at the same time we kept the little one as busy as possible.

    One of my twins dropped to 2 naps a day and the other is still doing 3. It makes days so hard!

    Yes.  And sometimes they alternate.  It definitely makes it a little more difficult and has messed with bedtime a bit too

    Two healthy boys weighing 4 lbs 15 ozs and 4 lbs 5 ozs.  Only 6 days in the NICU and getting bigger, stronger and cuter every day!

    If their first nap is late, like 11:30-2:00 or so, one will nap again from 4:30-6:00 but the other will not, generally. Usually their first nap is around 10:30.

    In that case, I'll attempt a nap for both but cut my losses w the non-sleeping one after 20min or so. It's always the same one.

    I don't mind it, really. I've got a big one who doesn't nap at all, so I don't care either way.
