Okay, we have been a bit of a boring bunch since
@lgsdesigner moved on. I'm not the world's greatest conversationalist, but I thought I would give it a go

So, what is your favorite thing about fall?

If this were a "favorite things about spring" post, I could do a much better job.
Halloween is fun, though.

Changing leaves. Living in NH we have amazing views of rolling mountains filled with a rainbow of colors.
Stuffed Pumpkin! I was the pickiest eater as a kid, but this was one of my favorite meals. You take a pumpkin, carve it out and put a meatloaf inside (no ketchup or that red sauce). It's to die for. Just had a huge get together last Friday and everyone went back for seconds.

Poke 3-4 holes in the bottom to let the grease drain out
Then put your raw meatloaf inside minus ketchup( I use Betty Crocker version) I'll explain later.
Put the pumpkin top back on.
Stick in the oven at like 400. It can take around 2 hours depending on your pumpkin size.
So you cut it with a little bit of pumpkin and a little meatloaf. Then you put beef gravy over the slice (some people just like it on the meat).
The pumpkin tastes like the most delicious squash and the meatloaf is amazing and juicy. I have actually turned many meatloaf haters around on this one.
Squash+ketchup+gravy = funky taste. No ketchup with this
