Withdrawal Bleed & Baseline u/s

I have been doing my Lupron shots for 13 days now, I had what I guess is my withdrawal bleed over the weekend, but it was never enough for even a panty liner. I have scheduled my baseline u/s and bw for tomorrow but I am nervous my lining is going to be too thick.

Does anyone have experience with too thick of a lining at baseline and what happens then?

I did not expect to be this nervous/anxious the second time around
