**November Angels Check In (October 14, 2014)**

This is a weekly check-in for those who have lost an angel with a November EDD. If you would like to be added to our group, please reply to this message with your EDD and date and stage of loss. Please also tell us a little bit about yourself and your TTCAL journey so far. Those with loss dates in November are also welcome. As time goes on, it is only to be expected that there will be graduates, which means that there will at times be BFPs listed here. On weeks when we do have a BFP to celebrate, you’ll see a warning at the top of the page, which is provided so you’ll have the option of scrolling past the announcement if you need to. If you do get your BFP, please PM me so that we can congratulate you appropriately in the next check-in.

@feegan Have you received any news back about the blood work from last week? How have the injectables been treating you?Did you have your monitoring session yesterday? Any updates on that? Is it still looking like a IUI this weekend? Anything else to add?
@MrsKush1014 How are things progressing around the house? Do you have a moving date set? Where are you with testing? What else is going on?

@tlc35  On what day did you end up confirming O? How is DH feeling? Was he well enough to get some bedding on? If so how is the 2WW treating you? Anything else new?
So the good news is that we had sex for the first time on Sunday.  The frustrating part is that I don't know WTF my body is doing.  Based on CM and CP it looked like I was going to O this weekend but then on monday AM my CP was low and hard and no EWCM but no temp rise.  I haven't gotten a + OPK but it was darkest on Sunday afternoon.  Based on my temps I definitely haven't O'd and based on other signs I am not about to O so I am really confused.  And I am running out of OPKs.

tl;dr I still haven't O'd which is good since we are now having sex but I have no idea when I will O.

Hey lovelies! Hope everyone is doing well!! Based on my RE appointment and getting the trigger on Thursday at 1:00pm I should be 4DPO today, but temping says I'm 3DPO. At my appointment I leaned my lining measured in at 8mm (great as they wanted to see 7mm or thicker) and we were looking for a minimum of one follie at least 14mm and we had one that measured 25mm! We did decide to do the trigger and the nurse seemed to think the egg should drop between 12 and 24 hours. We bedded Thursday and Friday nights so I was thinking our timing should be excellent and then fertility friend threw me for a loop and says I ovulated Saturday. Who knows!! I had lower abdomen cramping Friday late morning through Saturday evening which I'm thinking could have been ovulation cramping. Every evening I've gotten what I would consider menstraul like cramping and I woke with it in the middle of the night and it's lingered some today. Way too early to even consider AF so I don't know what's going on. Still over a week before I'll consider testing so I can just hope my temps stay high!!

Thanks for the check-in @DenaMaree and woo boy that's some confusing stuff you have going on over there! But, 25mm follie is awesome!!! FX soooooooo crossed!

@tlc35 great news that DH is "up" for HIO while you await O! FX for you too!

AFM: I had my monitor sesh yesterday and I had 2 follicles on each side measuring in at 10mm each which means our RE's science experiment is doing well. I add Cetrotide to my injectable routine tomorrow and return on Friday to see where we're at with things. If all looks good I'll trigger that night and IUI on Sunday morning. If he thinks we need one more round of the meds then I'll take one more dose of each at the office and trigger Sat night, IUI on Monday morning. I am feeling really hopeful about this cycle, as is my husband. Other than that, yesterday was our two year wedding/five year together anniversary and tomorrow is my birthday, so this week is filled with celebration, which is helping my positive attitude. 

QOTW: I've been crushing on Timothy Olyphant from the show Justified the last few years, so I'll go with him.

@tlc35 {{hugs}} Hope your body cooperates soon!

AFM, we've gotten a lot of work done around the house, but still have a lot more to do!  We ordered carpet and it should be installed the middle of next week, so FX that we can get all of our painting done by then!  We're planning on moving in on October 25th.  

I think I'm 5 DPO right now.  I don't temp and my normal signs of O were kind of all over the place this cycle, so I could only be 3 DPO.  I think our timing was pretty good regardless of when I actually O'd, so that's good.  

Today is our anniversary!  We've been married for 8 years, I can't believe it's been that long.  Our new house has been such a great anniversary 'gift'...a BFP in a week or so would be icing on the cake.

@DenaMaree Glad to hear you had a good RE appt and that this cycle is looking good. I have to say that since the MC, I feel a lot more twinges/cramps all throughtout my cycle. Its so strange and I read way too much into it. I hope it stops soon for you!

@Feegan Happy anniversary and happy birthday!! I'm so glad you are hopeful for this cycle...I find that is one thing I need way more of.

@HMR11913 Yay for ovulating! Good luck on the progesterone test and to your hubby on the SA.

AFM: I am on CD14 today but no temp shift and negative OPK so far. Based on last month, I am anticipating tmrw for O so we'll see. Other than that, I keep forgetting to call my doc for hubby's SA, so still don't know tha result. Accupuncture is going well, i go for my 2nd appt tomorrow. The special herbal blend I got has been helping with more CM b/c I've noticed that has lessened since the MC. I guess I'm just at the FX point right now. An trying to be nothing but hopeful and banish all the anxiety and worry.

@HMR11913 YEY for confirming O!! So hope the appointment ends up being about confirming beta's and everything else is unnecessary!

@scrang74 Hope you can confirm O soon!! It's not uncommon for O to make an appearance at a different time each month, so she is probably on her way and hopefully doesn't make you wait!

Hello ladies and thanks for the check-in @DenaMaree! Glad to see things are moving in the right direction for all those who have posted so far. Yay for BD, big follies, birthdays, annys, new home prep!

@sarcaztic10 - It’s ok to be a Debbie Downer sometimes, you just can’t let it rule you. If pulling away is what you need no one will be “mad” at you. And I’m a pretty literal person so even if you were TTC for 5 years, if it was after a loss, you belong on TTCAL.

I missed you guys last week - work was crazy and the last thing I wanted to do was come home and get back on the computer. I was going to try reading/posting on my mobile but the app isn’t exactly made for the social side of things…

AFM: I haven’t confirmed O yet, but my tester went straight from Low to Peak - no flashy smilies this month. This is the first time that’s ever happened and my temping might be on par, but I won’t know for a few more days. The first time around I didn’t temp; I relied heavily on the ovulation monitor and my physical symptoms which obviously worked. Now my body reacts different, too. Way more cramping around ovulation and, TMI, even my BMs have been affected.  I had to call and schedule my annual in mid-November. Based on FF forecasting, I’ll have O-ed right before so if October/November aren’t successful we’ll discuss the next steps then.

@HMR11913‌ The tea is a specially created blend from the acupuncturist. I have no idea what's in it...all I can identify are leaves, possibly barley, and some sort of tree bark slices. It's a mystery to me!!!

Hi ladies, I'm going to make this quick because I'm at work right now but wanted to send ((hugs)) to all that need them especially @sarcaztic10.

I'm assuming I'm approx 9/10 dpo. I feel fine though and actually my PMS hasn't reared its ugly face yet. I thought I'd be going vrazy by now since I stopped temping for the remainder of this cycle, but I feel fine. It's kind of nice not to be over analyzing my chart at the moment.

Tomorrow is the 15th and we have this memorial type thing going on in town for Infant and Pregnancy Loss awareness day. Several ladies are going to meet at this bridge that over looks the river and drop flowers into it. DH has to work tomorrow, but I was still thinking about going without him.

Are any of you ladies thinking about coming "out" tomorrow?

@sarcaztic10 Don't apologize for your heavy emotions. I'm so sorry your journey has been so discouraging!! My RE told me that once my egg(s) release there is a twelve to twenty four hour window! In addition your DH's sperm can take up to seventy two hours to get to where it meets the egg(s) which is why all it takes is one time withing three days before you O and anytime within twenty four hours after you O and you can still conceive! Don't give up hope!! Its important in our journey for all of us to have! Sending you BIG hugs!!

BTW: Come and go from here as much/as often as you are comfortable! We will ALWAYS be here for you! I'm also happy to get a PM if you ever need to vent or have something to sound off someone!

@aswedishbee I So hope O is making her appearance! Remember that the solid smile is up to seventy two hours before the egg releases so get bedding in as often as possible in those three days! I wish temping was easier to read while O'ing but it's definitely most reliable after O has already happened! Hope work slows down for you!! Or perhaps it's good its so busy to keep your mind off things! Thoughts and Prayers!!

@LittleMrsW WooHoo for fast approaching testing!! Can't wait to hear from you on the results!! I chose to post on facebook on October 1st and shared my story. I new doing it today or on our EDD would be too hard to hear anyone say "I'm Sorry" or worse "maybe it just wasn't meant to be". Since everyone already knows I will share with you all what I posted today below!!

@HMR11913 Yeah, it's pretty strange and not at all tasty. BUT, it has helped with my energy levels and my (TMI!!) CM is flowing, hahaha. So I'll drink up! @LittleMrsW I wasn't planning on 'coming out' today on FB, but this site and my talking to women after my loss was such a big help in dealing with the emotions. I'm hoping it helps at least one other lady I know to talk if she needs to.

Hi Guys -

I'm new here and I just checked in on the newbies thread as well, but would love to check in here.  I just found out today that we have our second blighted ovum of 2014, but I am even more upset as we close in on November 4, which was the due date of our last MC as well as my birthday.

I just have so many emotions and am sad and mad all at the same time, as I am sure you all understand all too well.  

I am a pretty private person, so I haven't told anyone about either MC, (besides my husband obv!) but i do feel like I need a place to be pissed and let the crazy out and chart stalk once we get to that point

Hi Ladies! Sorry I missed last week's check-in. I've been so busy at work with trial prep. I've been lurking when I get a couple of minutes, just haven't had much time to post, especially since I'm usually mobile.

So, I participated in the awareness campaign and posted yesterday on FB about my loss. I was very nervous about doing it, but I'm glad I did. Shortly after I got a PM from a friend of mine who thanked me for my post and told me that she just had a loss two weeks ago. I was so glad to be able to be there for her.

We are NTNP this cycle and haven't really had much time/energy for sex. However, I do think I O'd sometime around Monday last week and, if that's the case, then we hit -1. Not planning to test until after AF is expected.

@tlc35 Glad to hear that your DH is feeling well enough to have sex again. Sorry that you haven't been able to confirm O yet. Hopefully soon!

@HMR11913 :: My doctor wasn't sure if there would be viable tissue to test but he took samples from the D&C and the tests were able to be done, that's how it was determined. These next weeks are gonna drive me crazy - I totally had phantom symptoms last time around thanks to my cold meds. Hopefully I won't get sick again

Was there a diagnoses to your first loss? When you up to it please share more about you and your DH. How did you meet? How long have you been together? What things do you like to do with one another? YEY, @weddishbee!! Where are your thoughts in when you will start testing! I am saying Wednesday, I have the urge to start on Monday so I may compromise and test Tuesday AM
Gah...I know all about the phantom symptoms! Its so easy to over read into the signs that could technically go either way! Hope they go the right way for you!

@Raelynn71109 I've been thinking about you!! Sorry your trial is keeping you so busy, but hope it makes the time go faster for you! I so hope your correct and you had pretty good timing!! I'm glad your able to take a less stress approach, and hope its excellent news!

thanks @denamariee.  The Redbeard and I have been married since May 2013, we met at work!  Right now we mostly like staying in and spending weekends working on our new house, which we bought earlier this year when we found out I was pregnant the first time.  It's got a few more sizable projects, so that will probably be our MO for awhile!

I still have to decide what to do next, last time I had a bad experience that was dragged out over like 6 weeks, two rounds of Miso and then still ended up needing a D&C. I was unhappy.  I would rather avoid the D&C, so I am going to try the meds once this time, but then it's straight to the D&C after that.  Then I guess I wait for Dr's orders on when I am moving on from there.  

I guess in good news, I can have a glass (or bottle) of wine tonight??
