Congrats on your positive! Welcome to our first trimester check-in board! I hope that tie moves quickly towards your first appointment! Will be able to have an u/s performed while at your first visit or do you have to get an Rx and schedule the u/s at a later date? Congrats, again!!!

I haven't had my first appointment yet and it's not scheduled until Monday. I am having some symptoms but I wonder if it's all in my head (the mind is a powerful thing). The symptoms aren't as early or as severe as my last pregnancy (resulted in a loss) but I keep telling myself that it's because the last one was twins and they say symptoms can be a bit more severe. My last loss was at 6 weeks but I had no idea until 10 weeks that he/she stopped growing so my biggest fear is that my first ultrasound will show negative results.

Oh, to make it even harder I have no children and due to my age I feel this will be my last try. Trying to stay positive!

This coming Monday at 3pm...HURRY UP! lol

The EDD for my last pregnancy with twins was 11-13-14 so it's coming up

Congrats on your positive! Welcome to our first trimester board! I hope that time does move quickly and your appointment is here before you know it! May I ask how old you are? There are a lot of AMA ladies on the board. I'm 37. Symptoms differ between every pregnancy, so please don't worry about symptoms or lack of symptoms .  Congrats, again!!!

I turned 39 in June. I know that ladies are having kids later than that but, to be honest, if this one doesn't work out I am not sure I have it in me to try a 4th time

And I just has some brownish discharge so that's not helping any!

I was TERRIFIED of getting my NT results today, perhaps for no good reason. I just got worked up with my PAIF/PgAL brain and couldn't sleep and was really freaked out going into the appt. They results all came back very good, and I'm grateful, but then I realized that the next big hurdle is going public, and I'm just not feeling ready. Unfortunately, I think it's going to happen anyway, because of some work stuff and my mother's inability to keep this a secret any longer.

I'm doing an intake with my new OB next week, but the next big thing looming is the A/S scan on Nov. 28th.

This wasn't as a kid, but in my early twenties a group of us dressed as the monster cereals. I was Count Chocula, and my friends were Frankenberry, Booberry, and the Yummy Mummy. We won the contest at the big club that night. It's about the only time I've won anything!
