I belong to local FB yard sale groups. I'll list to them first, and then if those don't work, I'll go to craigslist.
One of my FB groups is moms from a local boutique, and that's generally where I have the most luck since it's all people with kids under 5 or pregnant.
I do a local consignment sale in my town. It pays way better than the consignment store. The only problem is they do the sale 2X a year and you have to tag and hang your items. It is worth it though since the seller gets 70%. We also have a local FB group for kids and baby stuff. I have randomly sold things on there but it is a huge PITA. You have to arrange a meet up place and time. I have had a couple of people flake out on me at the last minute which is annoying. I prefer the annual consignment sale.
I am going to try Craigslist until the fb garage sales accept my request to join. So far I've had some nibbles. I don't know where in the ad I should put "comes from a non smoking home with no pets however it will smell like a dead skunk"
