Hi, y'all. I am new here (but happy to join in with you all!)

I am 35 (DH is 37) and we have only been TTC for a short time now, but this go around is so different than with my DS#1. (We have 3 kiddos- 7, our first/bio son, and a 14, girl,  and 13 yr old son, who have been our newest- adopted- blessings for 2.5 years.) 

My body isn't regular like they used to be and my periods have changed (so much so that I was checked out last year for such heavy, heavy periods)... good times. We conceived last month, were confirmed on path at 5.5 weeks, but began having a miscarriage at 6 weeks. With the blessing of our OB, we didn't wait and I am now in the TWW. All of my friends are all "done" (and we are a military family and I am new to the area!) so I feel like I have no one to talk to about all of my thoughts and TCC obsessions. 

I hope I can join in the fun with you ladies :)

    Welcome and best of luck! I'm also 35, but TTC #1. No one in my "real" life knows I'm TTC, and I've found this group to be so knowledgeable and supportive.

    Welcome and good luck.  I think you'll find this group to be very supportive to you.  I can totally relate - all my friends are also done.  It's tough.  Hang in there and may this 2WW be the one that ends in success!

    12/2015: IVF #1 transferred two great looking embryos - BFP!
    First ultrasound: TWO beautiful little heartbeats!!
    Harmony: negative; level 2: babies look great and are boy/girl! :)

    ICwed- I am in civilian law enforcement and my DH is just a regular ole sailor :)

    Since my mc, my temps have been consistent but haven't had a +OPK yet, so I am thinking my temps are playing tricks on me. <sigh>  I just wish I knew what my body was doing!

    A warm welcome!
    TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.  
    Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
    I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.  
    July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal 
    DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes.  Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube.  If that doesn't help then move to IVF. 
    Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help.  Doubts I have endometriosis.  My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!) 
    Seriously considering IVF in March/April
    12/17/14 - Natural BFP!

    Hi! Best of luck...
    TTC#1, I'm 37, DH 36 | Just started trying Sept 2014
    Going in for first RE appt. in October...Preparing for good or bad news. 
    Trying to be chill about the process...and not get too intense about it all. 
    It's hard to be chill.

    Welcome to the board and I hope your stay is brief!  Adopted a child? That is amazing!  I have thought about adopting at some point in my life.  What a blessing.

    Welcome aboard, and sorry for your loss. Sounds like you have a full, boisterous household! I'm 39 and have a 14 YO DS and an 11 YO DD. We want to add to our chaos as well!

    So sorry for your loss. It's good that you are temping because cycles can be off for a while after a loss. Mine were anyway.

    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.
