Urge to get PG

Did anyone have this huge urge to get pregnant once they realized they were ready to become parents? My DH and I are planning on starting to try next spring and ever since we decided that the urge is stronger than ever! My libido is going crazy and a big part of me wants it to just happen now. I'm already starting to clean out the spare bedroom and we're talking baby names.

My DH and I felt that way as well.  It was definitely the craziest feeling.

I had an urge to settle all debt and then wanted a baby.

Agreed.  We got married, got our finances in order and then we went buck wild.

Yes! I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way. Now that we are talking about TTC early next year, it's all I can do not to make it happen sooner. I picked out paint colors and looked at baby names this past few weeks, too. It's gotten so much more real now that we've put a date on TTC!

Totally. I didn't even want to have kids until I met my DH, and I knew what an amazing dad he would be. So, yeah ... I get it!
