I am cold non stop. Part of it is my anemia but then I will get random spurts of hot flashes. You are not alone!!

Yes! I'm so glad you mentioned this. I've been freezing non stop I had to take out a heater. Maybe all the blood is pumping to my vital organs lol

This is one of my main pregnancy symptoms. I think I read somewhere that you feel cold because your body is slightly warmer due to the lingering presence of progesterone. For me, it almost feels like I'm getting sick and the chills that come with it.

For some reason I was cold through my whole last pregnancy and I feel cold now too. Better than hot I guess.

I have been freezing! I had always thought you were supposed to be hot but maybe that's when your further along? I want some hot flashes

Yup, I got from freezing to sweating. It's totally normal.

Yes, and I froze to death with my first kiddo, too--pretty much the whole nine months. I'm cold right this second!

Ah! No idea this was a thing!! I've been wearing hoodies all day around the house and I live in FL.  DH thinks I'm crazy since he is always hot

Stupidly, ridiculously, wearing a big coat inside my office cold... until I get a hot flash and then for a moment I can't take off enough layers, only to go back to freezing cold 30sec later.  I tend to run a bit cold normally so luckily no one things that anything is weird.

I thought I had a fever, then it would turn into cold chills. At other times, the top half of my body was burning and my lower extremities were freezing! Super annoying trying to sleep this way.

Another freezing/burning combo here!! I drove to work with my AC on and when I left for lunch, I turned my seat heater, steering wheel heater, and heater on full blast.
