Estradiol drop during iui?

I'm on CD11 with 75units of GonalF since day 3. My ultrasound only showed 2 follies at 9 and 10mm this morning and my estradiol dropped from 89 to 60. Waiting for a call from the nurse but anyone have experience with this??

    Yes! This happened on my first IUI cycle....and it ended up coming right back up so it was a non-issue. Hope the same for you.

    Thanks! The nurse finally called and they upped my dose to 112.5 for the next 3 nights, so hopefully that'll do the trick!
