My kid is so needy today. It's like she knows how much shit I have to do and is like yep don't care I need to change my dress up 12 times and I need milk and water and for you to fix my toy.

DS woke up soaked in pee at 5am.  Changed him and put him back to bed and everybody slept until almost 9. 

DS and DH are now out at the tool store (I am scared for the bank account).  I just leaded the dishwasher, washed the hand dishes and put a load of laundry in the washer.  Who am I and when did I get domestic???

Dogs are snoozing.  I am now sitting with a cup of coffee not folding the 2 loads of laundry infront of me.

When the boys get home DS and I are going to make chocolate chip banana bread with sprinkles on it.  He insists that EVERYTHING must have sprinkles. 

I really want lasagne now for dinner.  I've never made it before.  How hard is it?  Recipe???

I am husbandless this weekend.... In laws are gone too...DS was a terror last night and wore me the fuck out... This weekend will be fun

I'm hoping I can get some motivation to clean.

But I pretty much just want to sleep

Daycare is closed on Monday and that's really annoying.

I have to take DS to get his flu shot Tuesday morning and I hope he doesn't freak out

I have to take the 3 hour glucose tolerance test because I barely failed the 1 hour... The nurse that called me even said she'd be very surprised if I failed the 3 hour. But alas. I'm annoyed... Didn't have to do this the first time

So, my sister (who must actually hate me) gave L a furby. L had a blast with it, but then it started acting weird. It just randomly wakes up, exclaims "wakey wakey eggs and cakey!!" stares for a while, and then goes back to sleep.

I tried switching the batteries, but that didn't help. I can't figure out if it is broken or if this is one of its personalities.

I stumbled across a reddit page where someone has catalogued AND linked every single episode of "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" in order. I've spent a good chunk of my morning watching them, and reliving my early teens lol. Also, I had no idea it was a Canadian show!! Watching it now, I can hear the accents, but I do not remember it that way.

DH has apparently decided that today is the day he destroys DS' playroom to install the radiator.  Wonderful.

Ugh. Im tired. I slept like shit last night. Mom and I took DS to McDonald's for lunch and he housed 6 chicken nuggets, his whole pack of Apple slices, some fries, and 3/4 of his milk. He's napping now. Kiddo packed the food in like woah today.

Now mom.and I are having coffee getting ready to do some clearing out/rearranging in the play room aka DS's soon to be big boy room. Meh. I hate doing this shit. IDK where to start! So much stuff piled up in there!

Does anyone know how serious the expiration date on contacts is? My right eye ones expired in August, the left are good till November. Can I wear this last pair, or do I need to get new ones?

Agreed to baby sit a friends kid for the weekend.  She neglected to mention her LO was sick when she dropped him off.  I've been playing keep away with my LO since I noticed his symptoms.  I figured I give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she didn't know.  I mentioned it when she rang, "Oh yeah his cold started yesterday I was giving him Tylenol".  So not only did she know, she didn't even send the flippin Tylenol with him!

Ah. I love my mom to death and am so grateful to have her here this weekend helping out, but man, 2 straight days of hanging with her definitely brings out the small pet peeves between us.

I love that she dotes on DS like a grandma should, but she also acts like its a crisis every time he fusses, and thats its necessary to drop everything and run to his side whenever he makes a peep. And then tells me I'm being "a hardass" about it when I tell her to relax and that he's ok. Oy.
