Intro - June 15' loss

Hi ladies, I started to miscarry naturally on Wednesday at 6 weeks. I'm so sorry all of you have gone through this...it freaking sucks! I'm starting to physically feel better today, but emotionally I'm up and down. I'm also having to go through this alone, as my husband works offshore Africa and won't be home for another 11 days. I hated having to tell him over the phone that we were expecting and I really hated having to tell him about the miscarriage the same way. Hoping to be able to TTC again as soon as he gets home as our time together is very limited. So heartbroken right now... Happy to have found this group though (of course not under these circumstances), but seems like there are a lot of caring, supportive ladies here.

I am so sorry for your loss and that you are facing it alone. We are a very supportive group and we offer everyone as safe of an environment as possible in which to grieve and navigate the often emotionally charged minefield that is TTCAL. With that in mind, could you please put a living child (LC) warning in your title and could you change your profile pic (it's adorable, but the picture could be a trigger for someone here who is having a bad day)? There is a sticky at the top of the page with some helpful tips for this board. There is also a blog post. If you haven't yet had the chance to read them they are full of great information.

I am so sorry for your loss. Welcome. I was living overseas during 2 of my losses and had minimal IRL support. This board was a huge comfort to me, as I hope it will be to you. I hope the days until your husband come home pass quickly. Take care.
