Is LO showing more traits/habits that take after you or SO? DS2 physically looks more like DH, however he gets "hangry" like I do and tends to gets as dramatic as I do. He also has this little look where he seems to be checking everything out around him out of the corner of his eyes - something DH totally does all the time.
Are you surprised by your own parenting style? I noticed even with DS1 that I am much more schedule oriented than I ever thought I would be.
What is your favorite activity with LO? I love reading to both the boys together immediately after bath time. DS1 even tries to get DS2 to pay more attention at times.
He looks like I did when I was a baby at least, I think he does. He's got my bean noggin, nose and very similar big eyes.
He also doesn't let a whole lot bother him. He doesn't cry a whole lot. That trait of his reminds me of DW. It's so cute when they "chill" on the couch with their idgaf attitudes haha.
ETA: forgot the other questions lol.
I'm not too surprised at this point by my parenting style haha. I am wondering though how and if it'll change when I have all older children and teens.
Fav activity is tummy time. I get on the floor with him and roll around and act goofy. And he'll sort've attempt to scoot towards me and play with my face haha.
DS2 definitely takes after me, looks and personality wise. Whereas ds1 looks and acts like DH. I often joke that he sprung from his head and my only claim to him was that I pushed him out of my body. DS2 prefers to be around me more. DH will be holding him and he will start to search for me and turn his head towards my voice.mi definitely get more smiles out of him. Our other running joke is that I get DS2 and DH gets DS1.
Both My kids have personalities just like DH, very laid back and happy. DD looks more like me than DS does, but actually looks the most like my 13 year old sister lol.
I'm not too surprised by my parenting style, I'm pretty laid back but also very aware of my kids schedules and try to stick to it as much as possible.
Favorite activity, breatfeeding. I wasnt able to breastfeed DS so this is a totally new experience for me. I think it's hilarious how excited she gets when I get her even close to my boob, I guess she is a lot like her dad haha

DS is such a mixture but does so many things like me (sleeping with one arm behind his head, short temper and laughs easily).
I'm surprised how attached and attentive I am. DH will let him get quite fussy before he responds but I respond immediately and that surprised me. I think it also surprised me that I'm not all sheltery with him, like I let little cousins hold him and stuff, so I guess not as paranoid as I thought I would be.
I have several favorite things. But the most favorite would be playing and making sounds. DS has been mirroring and imitating sounds, we growl and blow bubbles.
DS is pretty laid back, and I think he gets that from both of us. He gets hangry and that is definitely from me. Right now I think he looks more like DH than me.
My parenting style: I have been a bit more scheduled than I thought I would have been. I think it's helped everyone though because DH and I are on the same page and usually know when DS will most likely sleep, and nap.
Favorite activity: we go to a mommy n me swim class once a week and I love it. We started at 6 weeks, and it's so amazing to see how far LO has come in that short time. I also love the naps we get to take together during the weekends. He's a great snuggler!

He takes after DH in his eating--he loooves to eat, and isn't too fussy about what he eats. Bottle of cold breastmilk? Awesome. A boob for milk? Also awesome. Definitely doesn'ttake after his mom--my mom told me that I refused bottles and would ONLY take the boob! I'm also now a picky eater as an adult.
Are you surprised by your own parenting style?
I guess I'm just kind of surprised I can do it at all. If you had told me I'd get baby poop on my hand and not be too concerned about it several months ago, I'd look at you like you were crazy. I'm a lot more patient and nurturing than I thought. (Though I lose the patience part when I only get a couple hours of sleep and get stressed from work. Then I just think I go BSC.)
Wht is your favorite activity with LO?
I love to "talk" with him. He's enjoying cooing now, so I usually will ask him "Agoo?" to try to get the "talk"ing going. We'll hold entire babbling conversations. He seems to really enjoy it. I love interacting with him and the way he smiles at me.
DD looks like DH 100%. As in, if they hadn't tagged her right in front of me, I would be like, maybe I drank too much and never gave birth and she was cloned off him? She does have the bitchiness of me, and hates mornings like I do.
Umm.. parenting style is just like, whatever. Which is kind of what I anticipated.
I love when she naps and I do chores. No, seriously, because I get like, 42 times as much stuff done in her two hour nap as I do the rest of the day with her.

Thank you! I do believe my lil chunk is a heart breaker
