I am still bleeding.  It has been over 8 weeks.  She said that can be normal.

Really?  That is so disheartening.  I am tired of not wearing a thong!

Unfortunately, that is normal. I think I bled for 7 weeks and spotted for another 1.5-2 weeks.

I just got my 1st PP AF last week. I had forgotten how much it SUCKS to bleed all the time!

It stinks, I had pp bleeding for 6 weeks and I was shocked it was that long.  I hope it stops soon for your sanity!

agreed... i tell everyone now that, with my experience, recovery was so much worse than l&d.  noone warned me about recovery!

Ugh, I know it bites. If you are not flowing heavy, they make thong pantylines now - perhaps that's common knowledge but I hadn't used them in years and was pleasantly surprised to find them!

ugh, I'm sorry.  Yeah, It seems this can be normal.  Hang in there, and maybe AF will stay away for awhile (since you are bfing) so you can get a nice break.

It was awesome when my purse spilled out when I was out on Friday night and a pad went flying across the floor. Klassy.
