Changing a record in the school file (cum)

Sorry in advance for any format issues, I am on my phone.
Does anyone know whether, and how, I may redact some information on a prior IEP in DS's school file? The info is certain non-essential diagnoses that were listed on last year's IEP, that are addition to his qualifying disability of hearing impairment. Those diagnoses are not on this year's IEP.

I am not sure you can. I think you can add a letter explaining the situation but not remove anything from the file.

Honestly, I wouldn't bring it up. There is a very high chance they would forget about the other Dx altogether.
