One & Done: Only child

You have a poet in your midst

I will now share my poem I wrote in second grade, in honor of fall.  Ahem.

Fall! Fall!

What a ball!

There's lots to do!

We'll do it all!

In case you think I think a lot of myself, I really am not a poet. Ha!

So adorable! Isn't it crazy how we remember these things!?  I wrote one in 2nd grade about March. :)  I lived in the midwest!
    In March,
    Sometimes Rain,
    Sometimes Snow,
    Sometimes Sun,
    You never know!
I was also Midwest.  You stole my poetry skillz!  We could have published together!

I actually had a poem published when I was younger... ;;)
Go you!  This one ended up in our school newsletter.  My mom was so proud that I think she submitted it to be published.  I maybe remember that it was in some random poetry thing that you had to pay to be published?  Yeah.
