Mine was just above 10, like 10.3. She spoke to the doctor and they said it was fine. Mine was low my first pregnancy, so much that I had to take progesterone for much of my pregnancy and was considered a threatened miscarriage. But DS is 2 now.I guess I'm a little neurotic about it.
for me, at 5w I was at 6300, then 5 days later it was 19000
edit: nvm, saw someone talk about hcg and ignored the progesterone question. So far I've had it measured once and just had bloodwork again today, so we'll see what it is.
I was being monitored by an RE, so I had mine measured twice early on. At 7dpo, I was at 43. At 13/14dpo, I was told it was "greater than 80" so they didn't check it again.
Progesterone varies throughout the day, so they hope to catch it at greater than 10-20 so they can be sure it's good. Clearly they caught mine at some high points. But it certainly doesn't need to be that high all the time. The daily variation can be big, and you only see a snapshot when you get measured.
If your doctor thought your level was fine (and especially if you don't have bleeding/spotting), then you really shouldn't worry about it.
I wouldn't worry about it if the doctor said it is okay. My doctor said my progesterone level was just extremely high, I thought maybe I was having twins because of it but my HCG was never that high. So I am just having one bambino.
Yeah, I sort of regret sharing my numbers above since I know they're unusually high; I just wanted to stress that there's tons of variation. Check out this link, especially the image that shows how progesterone varies during each day of your normal luteal period when you're not pregnant---can vary from 3-40 at its peak about 7 days after ovulation!:
I see other ladies with higher progesterone levels. Mine was 20 and my doctor said it was good but seeing everyone's higher has me worried!!
20 is very good. Mine ranges from 40-60 but I'm on progesterone support. My body isn't producing any on it's own because we did a FET. I don't even like to tell people mine because it's on the high side.

If freaked out on the 5 th week when it dropped and the doctor said it constantly fluctuates and not to worry about it.
