Nether region question...

So awhile back, there was a question about what to call your child's lady parts to make it appropriate.  I'm all for calling things by their names (for God's sake my DH can't seriously call his penis his penis and I totally blame his mother) but now I'm wondering what the butt should be referred to as.  Many people consider butt to be a naughty word or an inappropriate word but it's much more common to talk about than your vagina/labia or your penis... What will you be calling your child's butt? 

(This thought came to mind when a child I know was getting in trouble at DC for using the word butt.  She was manipulating the hell out of the DC provider's discomfort with the word and should have gotten in trouble but it made me think a little bit...)

I say bottom, booty, butt (on occasion) , and heinie (I have no idea how to spell it lol, I don't use it much..it slips out because my grandmother used to say that all the time when I was a kid.

I say tushy but that might be a Jewish/Yiddish word, I'm not sure.  I've also said bottom.  I don't see butt as an offensive/dirty word.

I say bottom. Although I don't consider butt a bad word, It was a word we didn't use (weren't allowed to I think?) growing up and it stuck.

I say butt. DH and I use "butt change"" more often than diaper change. I would say butt is short for buttocks so it's pretty much anatomically correct.

I won't allow DS to use "butt head" or anything similar to anyone.

We say Tushy too.  Also Jewish.

I say butt as well. As long as LO doesn't say ass, I'm pretty much okay with any of the alternatives.

We say butt. I think it's ok unless like PP's said it's used for butt head or something like that.

I think I say 'sit on your butt' a 100 times a day as he is climbing all over things. Never thought twice about it.

We use tushy the most I think but also say butt and bottom. I look at it as long as DH doesn't say ass we're good. My mom is beyond prudish and basically any word that references a body part is a naughty word. She doesn't like that we use the correct terminology for his penis and testicles but I explained the reasons for using them and she begrudgingly accepted it.
