Asking for advice from A15/J13

Hello all.
I asked this question on my regular bmb and one of our Mods suggested that I may find helpful advice over here so here goes...
One of my FTM friends just had her 20 wk ultrasound. They put her on bed rest because of hemorraging near placenta. Also they found a spot in the heart and fluid in the brain. The tech didn't tell her a whole lot of info on why, other than it's one marker for downs but no others exist.
She was asking me if I had things like this show up on my US in the past or if I knew anyone that did and went on to have a healthy pregnancy. At this point she is close to misscarrying because the placenta is attempting to detach. She is worried, any advice would be greatly appreciated! TIA
I want to be able to send her some comforting thoughts
As I don't have experience with this. And I know dr. Google is a scary place at times
