Twin Boys.. name to go w/ Jack

We are set on naming one Jack.. & we both like Lucas/Luke for the second. Just curious if you have any other ideas for the 2nd instead of Luke. Middle names will be Ryan and James after DH. I did ask the name board.. just thought would be fun to hear from my F15 ladies.

Yes.. I know Jack Ryan is a character in a book but I don't care.

Luke was on our list too. It only got nixed because it didn't sound right with our last name. I think Jack and Luke are cute! Other ideas:

Love the suggestion of Ian! Jack and Luke is a little matchy for me, but I might be alone in that.

I mean there are approximately 1.5 names my husband *doesn't* hate, so I'm not hopeful of actually naming this child.....boooo, good luck with yours!!

Aww, I love Theo too, and if this one had been a boy, I would have been so sad about not using it... because my cousin used it on his son two years ago. Sigh. At least there's still a little Theo in my family!

Alexander James...

I have just been in love with the name Alexander and had we been B/B instead of B/G we would have used it. I am thinking that our little Jack may be a Jackson Alexander.

I love the name Reed. But then, I'm pretty big on the traditional last names as first names trend.

It's been on my shortlist of names since before I met DH. Only reason it's not a contender for us, is that it's now my last name

Our oldest is Jack and this new little guy will Charlie (well Charles, but he'll go by Charlie). We think Jack and Charlie sound great together.

Our second choice was William and we were going to use Whit as a nickname.
Other options:

What about Jack and Ryan? Ryan James sounds great and you finding a middle name for Jack should be easy like Alexander or Thomas.

I was going to suggest basically all of the same names as @sugahcookie01! I love Sam, Max, Jude & Leo with Jack. I also think Milo James is nice with Jack Ryan.

DH doesn't want to do that bc then one is named after him & the other isn't.

First, I love that you are not planning on the J & J name combo! My dad is an identical twin (Dan & Dave) and not only is he always mistaken for the other twin due to looks, but no one can ever remember whos married to who (and who has what kids) because the names are so close.

As for your name ideas, I love Lucas, Luke or Luca (Luca being my favorite!). I think Jack and Luca would be great!
