Ugh! I made the mistake of POAS this morning

in Infertility
technically I was not even a full 4dp5dt as I tested at 6am and my transfer was at noon on Friday. BFN. I know it is ridiculously early, but I can't help being disappointed. I so want this to work this time.....but I can't shake the feeling that it won't. Anyone want to talk me down from this horrible ledge???

DX:  Adenomyosis, Compounded MTHFR, PAI-1 4G variant

DH: 34
MFI due to Testicular Cancer

Married March 2012 <3
IVF w/ICSI #1
10 little polar bears
FET #1 with 2 polar bears ~Nov 6, 2013 BFN :(
FET # 2 with 2 more polar bears ~March 19, 2014 BFP!!!
Beta 1= 276
Beta 2= 662
4/19/14 ~ baby A became an angel
5/02/14 ~ baby B became an angel
5/3/14 ~ D&C
FET #3 with 1 male polar bear ~October 3, 2014
October 13, 2014 ~ BFN

    Our Story

    Me- 35, mild hypothyroidism

    DH- 29, low count due to a chromosomal abnormality, only option is IVF/ICSI with PGD.

    Married 5/13

    TTC since 8/13

    IVF/ICSI #1 ER 9/14 - 14R, 6M, 6F, 5 blasts off to PGD- 1 normal female, 2 balanced males

    FET 12/8 of 2 frosties - 1 male/1 female - stick babies stick! 

    Beta #1 10dp5dt 444! Beta #2 14dp5dt 2,340!  U/S 1/5-- TWINS!!!  EDD 8/26/15

    Way too early!!!

    For my FET in December, I poas 4dp6dt and was a wreck when it was neg... The next am, I saw 2 lines.

    (This ended in cp, but implantation did occur)

    Are was your FET with day 5 embryos? How many did you transfer?

    Me (32) DOR, elevated NK Cells/ 2 copies of MTHFR mutation/ MH (35) azoo/high DFI   (TTC#1 since 2009)

    IVFs#1-4: (4/10-2/12) all BFN

    Surprise Bfp (9/11) - c/p

    DS IUI#1-2 (9/12, 10/12) - BFN

    DS IVF: (11/12) - BFN

    DE/DS IVF#1: (10/13) - 2 day 3 embies transferred-BFFN

    FET of 2 day 6 blasts: (12/13) - c/p

    DE/DS IVF #2: (4/14) - 1 day 5 blast transferred...BFFN...again.

    FET 5/14: 1 day 5 hatching blast transferred...another BFFN

    Repeat SHG 6/14-normal / Endometrial Receptivity Array biopsy 7/14-Receptive Uterus

    New RE, additional testing reveals elevated NK Cells

    FET of 1 day 5 blast (RE recommends transferring 1 due to elevated NK cells) with lovenox, steroids & intralipids in October

    Technically they were frozen at 5d.... But they thawed them all the day before my transfer for PGD and left them overnight.... Does this make them 6d embies? We transferred 1..... And it was the only one that hadn't hatched out of the shell yet..... Idk what to think. With my bfp I was 6dp5dt with twins and that line was a little slow to show up..... Ugh

    Hmm... Not sure if they are day 5 or 6.

    But, I will say this... My FET in dec. was with 2 early day 6 blasts and was the only treatment cycle which had evidence of implantation.

    Since then, I've had 2 more transfers...1 was a fresh day 5 expanded blast and 1 was a frozen, hatching day 5 blast (not even a positive hpt from either!!) so, I guess I am saying that I believe that good quality embryos have a good chance of becoming a baby. I was devastated when our embryos did not reach blast until day 6, but like I said I truly believe the embryo they transferred into you has potential.

    Sorry I'm not sure if your siggy is updated and I'm mobile bumping, but did they suggest that you transfer 1? How many normals did you have with pgd?

    Fx for you!! Hang in there, it's far from over!!

    @Km672‌ my RE wanted to only transfer 1 embie due to the issues I had with carrying twins last time; he felt that having multiples was a big contributing factor in my m/c. With PGD we lost one of our six embryos to turners but the remaining 5 were normal. Another one was lost the morning of my transfer because it arrested. The quality of my embryos has been good, so hopefully that is in my favor.

    Husband: 30 - Concentration:10.8 Million/ml, Motility: 16%, Progressive Motility: 9%, Morphology: 3%
    First started talking to fertility specialist in 4/2014
    IVF #1 
    11/13 - 19 retrieved, 18 ICSI, 15 fertilized. 
    Transfer 11/16 - 1 blastocyst transfered, 3 frosties
    11/28 - Beta #1 BFP! 12dp5dt beta 1,699
    11/30 - Beta #2 14dp5dt 3,400 
    12/8 - No signs of baby at first U/S (6 weeks)
    12/15 - yolk sac, fetal pole and heartbeat all there! I'm still pregnant! One girl, due 8/4

    Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy: minimal endo, partial septoplasty
    IVF #1: 10R/6M/6F ~ Day 3 ET = BFN
    IVF #2: 14R/9M/5F ~ transfer canceled ~ all embryos arrested at 1-2 cell stage
    IVF #3: 9R/5M/5F ~ 1 frosty!
    IVF #4 (FET #1): BFN

    IVF #5 (DE IVF #1 with Dr. KK protocol): Currently PREGNANT!!!!!!
    Synthroid + Prednisone + Metformin + Baby Aspirin + Supplements Galore = 15+ pills a day
    Lupron + Lovenox + Delestrogen + IVIG + B/W = 2-5 pokes a day
    19R, 17M, 17F - transferred two Grade A blasts 11/16, four frosties!!!
    Beta #1 11/24 (13dpo/8dp5dt) = 367 ~ Beta #2 11/26 (15dpo/10dp5dt) = 709
    Beta #3 11/29 (18dpo/13dp5dt) = 1,997 ~ Beta #4 12/1 (20dpo/15dp5dt) = 3,403
