WWHL Theresa and Joe Giudice

I'm catching up on watch what happens live from last night, it was a special with Theresa and Joe. Did anyone watch?

Basically Theresa is claiming she had no idea, she never read things that she signed, Joe just gave her stuff to sign and she never went to closing or anything but they used her name because her credit was better. Joe basically admitted that there was illegal things going on and he was giving her the papers to sign without telling her.

I'm sorry but if this is true- why the F is she sitting here holding his hand?? Sorry H, but if you start filing fraudulent bank documents in MY name because my credit is better and you tell me to sign them and I end up with a prison sentence of 15 months- you're going down. Not holding your hand, not telling the world what a good husband and father you are because it is not true, certainly not staying married to you. WTAF?

I mean, I trust my husband, but I wouldn't be dumb enough to just be like "oh ok I'll sign this" without understanding what it is.

Or she fully knew.
I just don't know with these two.

I really feel bad for these girls, especially Gia. How traumatic for them. And as a mother I feel bad for Theresa. I can't imagine having to be away from my kids for 15 months.

I watched in disbelief. She was clearly lying the entire time. I can't believe she blamed everything on her attorney - well, I guess I can believe it. I couldn't get over how many times she blinked. How about when joe asked if another women touched her in prison??

She also never takes responsibility for her actions and the repercussions. It is an ongoing theme each season.

I think she's a woman who is about to entrust the care of her four daughters to that man for the next 15 months and will rely on him to bring the girls for visits.  Damn straight she's going to sit there and hold his hand right now. 

I think once she's done serving the sentence that he is responsible for, because yes I do think she was that trusting to blindly sign things, that is when she's going to end the marriage.

I'm not sure she will divorce him. She has talked multiple times about the "Italian" culture she grew up in and divorce is not something she would consider

Inkogneetoh  Melissa is weird this season.  Jersey used to be my favorite but it's fading.  Needs more Rosie.

So true. But then it just floors me that anyone would stay with someone like this. I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I cannot wait until next week when he really asks the good questions!

This is VERY true.

Sometimes I have to wonder if she I a playing dumb with this whole thing and her husband agreed to take the fall- not that he isn't guilty- but that he agreed to say she didn't know.

True. I had not thought of the fact that he will have the girls while she is away. Duh piglet!

She probably would've been better off serving at the same time as him, leaving the girls with family, and leaving his ass

I think Andy is giddy to actually have something substantial to discuss.

I agree with most of the pp's. I bet she signed and had a "you do what you need to do" attitude and the ought not knowing details would save her. She has also been with the man since she was like 17 (right?).

I can't stand Amber. She's obnoxious. I'm really happy Dina is back though.

She's known for how long about this coming up.  If she didn't want it on the show then she shouldn't have signed on for this season.  Stupid.

She should thank her lucky stars for Bravo. Without Real Housewives, there would not have been an audience for her cookbook or any of the other crap she peddles. The popularity she gained is going to be her income source after she gets out of prison.

She knew that there was shady business and illegal activity going on. But it kept her in the money and the lifestyle she believes she deserves. She is vapid and materialistic, but she is not stupid. I really actually do feel sorry for her children.

Does anyone feel like Joe and Melissa are heading down the same path? I mean, maybe not illegal activity, but that house they are building seems outrageous.  I'm curious if it will have a home recording studio for Melissa...

Also, I don't mind the twins but Amber is annoying and Dina calling Jim a vagina was an insult to vaginas. 

I still love Caroline and have been watching Manzo'd with children.

I'm also curious if Teresa will find a way to stay on the show while in prison.

Melissa and Joe are in a legal dispute with their old house, which they rented out.  Apparently, there are mold and shoddy construction problems.  I think their "dream house" was just that because the last I heard they were moving back into their old house.
