Luciana or Lucina
Pronunciation Loo-see-ah-na.

I leane towards Luciana more because it sounds more feminine to me but what do you think?

Also I don't love the names Lucy or Anna on their own but I may be able to use Lucy as a nickname, it's warming up to me a bit.
Any other possible nicknames you guys can think of just out of curiosity?

    If you're going to pronounce it loo-see-ah-na...then go with Luciana because to me Lucina would be pronounced lou-see-nah

    Agree with the above. Also I think you should prepare to hear a lot of people pronounce this name Lou-chee-ah-na.

    With respect to nicknames, I think Lucy and Ana are pretty much your main options. Also Lou, or maybe Cici.

    Oh Lucina would be loo-see-na. They are two different names. Sorry I only out the pronunciation for one as a reference without thinking.

    Edit: it was a very long night last night with very little sleep. Lol

    I like Luciana. Lucina has more potential to be mispronounced and misspelled. Lucia is cute also.

    Prefer Luciana, but also like the suggestion of Lucille. I love Lucinda as a Lucy name.

    I also tend to pronounce the name as Loo-chee-ahna, instead of the Lou-see-ah-na, so you might run into that.

    U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015

    Love Lou-che-ahna! The ch flows better with the longer name, IMO. Lucina is pretty, and sounds nice with the sh sound if that's what you're going for. And either way I think Lucy is one of the most perfect names.

    I prefer Lucia or Lucille. Luciana is nice but like pp I find it a touch frilly for my taste.
