Rash***Update***

D woke up Saturday with an awful blowout from diarrhea. Then a few hours later red bumps popped up on his belly and it didn't get any worse. That was until today. Daycare called me at 4 saying they have started spreading. His forearms, thighs, and his stomach is even more covered. I called the doctor and spoke with one of the nurses to get their opinion. I rubbed him down with anti itch cream and I gave him benadryl. He doesn't have a fever and they don't seem to itch or bother him. However he still has the diarrhea. And I have changed nothing. I just don't know what it could be.


Update: The rash is most likely a virus. However, we were back in the doctor's office today because he spiked a fever at daycare and was having trouble breathing. By the time I got there he was breathing normally. We are waiting on the results of the strep test. D has developed white patches on his tonsils that weren't there Tuesday.

1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!

    We are dealing with hand foot and mouth right now. Could be that. Like a cold it comes in all shapes and sizes. Some kids don't get the fever with a mild case, and some only get a rash and not the blisters etc.

    Hand foot and mouth is what came to mind. I hope your little one is feeling better.

    Over here my 5 week old had a rash that started on her face - I thought baby acne - but then it spread to her chest and tummy and back and I her arms a bit. Took her in on Friday and it was strep! She never had a fever which is what kept me from taking her in, she had the rash about a week before I brought her in and I'm glad I finally did!

    My guess was HFM too :( a's started with diarrhea and then instant rash :(

    Lotramin/Vaseline/hydrocortisone at every diaper change helped a ton! (Recommend by pedi)

    HFM was my guess too.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Totally think HFM. Between the hives and diahreah that is how it goes. But usually comes with a fever. Hope your lo feels better soon!

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP
