DH is out of town until Friday afternoon for work.
Tonight I will be making baked spaghetti, chicken taquitos, and homemade mini corn dogs. All will have leftovers for DS and myself for the week.
Plus I already divided up the chicken breasts I bought and cooked 2 of those for chicken caesar wraps I've been making myself for lunch that will last all week.

Wow. I'm so in awe of you all that plan your meals for the week! Tonight is beef with sesame noodles and stuffed roasted artichokes on the side. Rest of the week TBD!
Flexing my crock pot muscles this week. Sunday: bacon cheeseburger soup, biscuits Monday: BBQ beef ribs, Mac and cheese, salad Tuesday: cheesy broccoli and cheese soup Wednesday/Thursday: leftovers (fend for yourself style) Friday: date night!
Monday - baked chicken drumsticks and potato salad and sautéed cabbage
Tuesday - sloppy joe baked sweet potatoes. (Baking the potatoes at same time as the chicken today)
Wednesday - pork chili in crockpot
Thurs - whatever we can scrounge
I agree. Having a menu already made up before going to the store saves you time and money (if you stick to your list). Plus it gets you thru the stuff you already have. I do stock up on chicken and ground turkey every time I go. So in the next shopping trips all I really have to get is veggies and other side items.
Might be heading in the dairy free direction to see if that will help LOs green poos and eczema. Anyone want to share some super yummy dairy free dinner ideas? And if you have any dessert ones, I will take those too, of course!

Re: Monday meal planning
Monday and Tuesday: I made a big pan of lasagna for tonight and tomorrow. Will be making a salad with it and some roasted asparagus.
Wednesday: rainbow trout with roasted potatoes and more asparagus.
Thursday: I have this crab and corn chowder recipe I've been wanting to use. Gonna make some cheese biscuits and grilled vegetables with that.
Friday: home made veggie pizza!
Leftovers til Sunday.
