Thanks, everyone! @annarose82: I don't know. We had a playdate last week but as far as I've heard, those kids don't have it. We take him with us everywhere, though, so maybe from a shopping cart or something like that?

He's doing alright today. The rash isn't too horrifying (I've seen worse for sure), but it's bad in his diaper area. Hopefully he gets more comfortable soon, he can't seem to go to sleep without being plastered to me or DH and he's still running a mild fever.
