Early signs labour

in October 2014 Moms
not sure what's going on first pregnancy I'm 38+5 been feeling pressure and pain down at the bottom of my stomach, back is breaking also and have been sick twice today. Does this mean I'm in early stages of labour or is my body just getting ready for labour ?
