I'm hungryyyyyy! I haven't planned anything to cook for dinner because Hallie has been a nap-fighting mess all afternoon. Plus, I'm mad at DH because he said we would go shopping this weekend, but then rearranged all of our weekend plans to accommodate his deer hunting schedule. So it'll probably be a fend for yourself/ leftovers night. Waah!

BudgetBytes Chicken Taco Rice Bowls with cilantro lime rice. Again. I'd eat it every day if I could. DH's going to be out of town all week, so I made a bunch today so DD and I would have leftovers.

Tak toritang - Korean spicy chicken and potato. It's even better as leftovers and really easy to make.

I made honey mustard marinated pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus.

I made a soup with leftover prime rib roast, it was amazing on such a chilly day!

We had bourbon steak tips with mashed sweet potatoes.  It was delicious!  I can't take any credit though, DH does most of the cooking.  I'm a lucky girl
