Star Wars costume help

I'll admit, I have never seen any of the Star Wars movies. That being said, I need help. We are going to the same Halloween party as last year (it's at a winery and was James Bond themed last year). I need a costume. I don't want to be Princess Leia since she's well-known, and I'm sure a lot of women will be dressed as her. I've done a Goggle search, but I'm not finding much. Any Star Wars fans with suggestions?

For females, there aren't a ton...Leia and Padme are the big ones. You could always girly up something else though...I've seen some cute R2-D2 costumes on Pinterest. Or do all gold and be C-3PO. Or maybe an ewok. Ewok would be easy.

Or do a burnt up skeleton and be Aunt Beru.

I did Queen Amidala last year and it worked out OK. I'd put a picture here, but the bump doesn't play well with my iPad anymore.
