It's the first sunny day we've had here in almost a week, so my plan is to spend time outside. I wanted to go for a hike with the H, but he's got too much homework to do, so I think I'll be heading out for a long run. My goal is to attempt 8 miles. We'll see!

@uromys, thanks! We'll see if I can do it. The longest I've ever run is 6.5 miles, but finding new routes in my neighborhood is what stalled my progress. I'm planning to head to a bike path today, so I figure if I run 4 miles down the path, I'll have to turn around and run 4 miles back. lol

Good morning everyone! I'm spending the day with my mom! She's going back home today, and my birthday is tomorrow. I have to go get my license renewed tomorrow! Fun stuff lol.
I'm at work today and tomorrow, but I'm off on Tuesday. I might go for coffee with my girlfriend, and I might see if the weather is good enough to take my dog for a nice long walk.

A relaxing Sunday over here! We had breakfast with my sister for her birthday and now I'm doing laundry. SO and I are working on a project later and we might go out to dinner afterwards.
I'm going to a cookout at my grandfather's house this afternoon. After that, I think I need to do some cleaning!
We met in middle school. We got married 15 years later in a February blizzard of 2010.

@rslh10, I had to renew my license on my birthday last week. I tried to do it online ahead of time, but they wanted me to come in for a vision test. Dumb.
I work right near the rmv, but as I was leaving work, the website said the wait was over an hour. The one that's closer to my house, though (and 25 mins from work) didn't have a wait at all. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. FX your visit is short and sweet too, and happy early birthday!
To AW myself: I ran 8 miles today!

I got some yard work done. Put up some halloween decorations. Made a quiche....it was delicious. I also made some jam pies and I put a roast in the oven for dh.
@crimpgirl - I know the feeling. 4 weeks after my miscarriage was my best friends birthday party. It's one of only two parties I usually drink at, but I was actually looking forward to announcing my pregnancy at the party to our friends. I definitely drowned my sorrows instead.
Also, I'm mobile right now, so I can't really check, but I don't think I've seen you around? If you haven't yet, I'd strongly suggest writing up a little intro to the group (keeping in mind, of course, the rules from the sticky post)
