I feel like that sometimes, but I would check with your doctor. Is it every time you stand up? It could be something with your blood pressure, blood sugar, iron level, or a number of other things that your doctor would want to check.
I nearly passed out once when I suddenly stood up. It was during second tri as well. It turned out to be dehydration and most likely not getting enough rest the few days prior. Check with your doc, though.
This has happened to me both pregnant and not. It's likely no big deal but this should be brought up with your doctor as we don't know you or your medical history,
Drink more water, call your doctor, try changing positions more slowly. But definitely telk your doctor, even if it doesnt happen again. So they know in case it is relevent later on :-)
Are you standing up quickly without eating enough? It is pretty common, pregnant or not, to get light headed if you stand up quickly first thing in the morning. In the second trimester you're body is changing so rapidly so increased blood and increased oxygen needs can lead to dizziness.
You need to ask your doctor/midwife. They will want to check for anemia and probably have you keep a food log if you aren't already.
I occasionally feel dizzy, but I realized I need more water, or a little bit of sugar. If it's consistent I would call your OB. You could be lacking something.
Re: Help me
Low Blood pressure can cause that. Are you keeping hydrated? Drink lots of water. People can get dizzy with dehydration. Check with your obgyn though.
