Anyone have a good recipe for homemade pancakes? I feel like making them for Sunday breakfast this week.

The Betty Crocker recipe has always been a family favorite. I just got done making them myself!
1 egg
1C buttermilk
2 T shortening, melted (I use vegetable oil)
1C flour
1 T sugar
1t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
I like my pancakes plain and simple and these are what I grew up on!

I always use this recipe and it's pretty much always a hit:

Sometimes I get a little Paula Deen with it and add an extra of TB butter. Soo good!

This is my go-to (but I use almond milk) from Joy of cooking
