  • The Good: I did well eating this week and did not overindulge on things I could have.
    The Bad: No exercise and no tracking...it's been a bad emotional week for me. Oh and I gained back the 1lb I lost last week.
    The proud: I weeded my whole front yard and side of my house yesterday afternoon. I'm feeling it today, but it feels good to know I'm almost done with my yard.
    The plan: DH finally has an off day again. We are going to inventory our food so we can start planning meals.

    QOTW: We don't splurge on gym memberships, but I have been to a Zumba class and loved it. I bought a Zumba game for my Kinect, but I need to get back to using it.

  • The good: I've been eating quite well, focusing on fiber and protein intake! The bad: my workouts have been pretty much non existent since my last m/c. The proud: not gaining ten pounds while dealing with the stress of the last month with DH away. The plan: DH is due back in 6 hours, Eeek. We are planning to start T25 together next week. We did it in April/May and it really bonded us and we both felt/looked awesome!

  • QOTD: I'm not one for classes per say, although I love sports, and played in a women's senior soccer league for 5 years, until DD turned one.
