When did everyone start getting their Nursery Room ready?!

We have been collecting the furniture as convenient to us the past month, it's kind of mix/matched. Actually putting it together will be next month. I had some items I needed painted and wanted to have it done before the snow/winter hits!

We won't be until June when we move to a bigger place. We are currently In a one bedroom. We'll be setting up all his stuff and prepping everything after Christmas though.

I'm sort of putting it together now at 36 weeks. Quite frankly, we're not in a rush to get it done before the baby gets here because she'll be in our bedroom for a bit.

My daughter is 2 and just started sleeping in her room regularly. We had an awesome nursery done at 8months pregnant and she was born and barely slept in there. Haha.

The nursery still needs a lot of work done on it and we're working on getting that work done now. It needs cleared out, wallpaper scraped, walls mudded/fixed, and then needs painted. After that, we can start setting up!

This is #3 and he will be sharing a room with #2 until we move in the Spring (due in Feb). I am planning on just a pack n play for now.

This poor baby whether it be a boy or girl will share with my other 2 boys ages 4 and 2. I have a 3 bedroom house and my oldest who is 13 as well as ourselves take up the other two! If it is a girl, we will just have to decorate her "area" with pink and brown since the walls are a beige

I've been planning this nursery for about a year before TTC. I ordered handmade bedding for a round crib and since my order will be in the sewing room soon, we'll have to start putting it together to get a few important measurements. I'm way early but a crazy planner.

I'm almost 21 weeks and our nursery is almost done. As soon as we found out what we're having we kind of went crazy and got everything done. We just need to get the wall decor and we're ready! Figured better do it now while I have the time and energy!

Well we painted back in January because we knew we were going to start ttc in May and I didn't want to paint while pregnant. Got the window covering in January, too.

Lovely vintage serpentine dresser bought in July. upholstered glider bought in August. Armoire in August. Little clothes, books, and nick knacks bought all throughout. We are team green so going gender neutral and just designing a really beautiful room. Just bought a rug last week. Still need the crib, mobile, ottoman, bookshelves, and to hang my frames and things. Trying to pace myself and get one big item per month so I don't end up with a completed nursery and nothing to do at 8+ mos pregnant. It's going to be so sweet!!

With baby #1, we were so excited we bought all of the furniture at like 12 weeks! This time around seeing we have everything we'll be waiting until we 1) find out the sex and 2) can afford carpeting before we really start prepping the nursery. However I will start DIY projects ASAP once I find out what I am having!
